Andy Wnek

Andy Wnek is Senior Vice-President, Information Technology and CIO of Canadian Tire
Corporation with responsibility for aligning information technology strategies with the
requirements of the business. Mr. Wnek has held a number of positions at the senior
management level since joining Canadian Tire in October 1987 including Vice President of
Finance and Administration. Mr. Wnek graduated from Queen's University with a Bachelor of
Commerce degree, received his MBA from the University of Toronto and in 1977, he became a
Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young.
