Since 1983, Phil has managed the growth of Momentum from a broker of mid-range systems to a provider of enterprise class systems, applications and professional integration that returned true value and competitive advantage to the company's clients. Phil, working with co-founder Sheldon Pollack, diversified the company's portfolio of offerings to include Internet solution development in early 1993. In 1996, Momentum established an interactive division to provide total ebusiness solutions to its growing roster of clients. In 1997 Momentum entered the managed services market by building its first data centre with Phil jointly at the helm.
Phil attended the University of Toronto and was highlighted as one of Canada's Top Entrepreneurs in Alan Gould's book "The New Entrepreneurs; 80 Canadian Success Stories."
In 2000, Phil was named as finalist for the Canadian Entrepreneur of the Year awarded by Ernst & Young.
Phil currently serves on the Board of Directors of Momentum Advanced Solutions Inc, OnX Enterprise Solutions Limited and Franchise Services of North America Inc..
