As you may already be aware, on August 20, 2008, Momentum Advanced Solutions Inc. (Momentum) acquired the IT hosting division of BroadSpire ® Inc. (BroadSpire).

Headquartered in Markham, Ontario, Momentum has offices in Ottawa, Windsor, and Toronto. Momentum Advanced Solutions is publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange and trades under the symbol WWW.

As part of this acquisition, your hosting agreement(s) have been transferred to Momentum.
Your services will continued to be delivered as they were prior to the acquisition with members of the previous BroadSpire support team continuing to provide support as part of the Momentum team.
Please note the following changes to our billing and support procedures:
- Invoices and payment transactions will be processed as Momentum Advanced Solutions Inc.
- The email address for support is now BSPSUPPORT@MOMENTUM.COM
- The telephone number for support is now 877-846-7854
Please use the new email and phone number effectively immediately.
